I was very excited to surprise my wife with some of these cute little birds. But they never arrived, despite receiving a notification that they were delivered. Wooden Islands uses a shipping company called UBI, which I've never heard of. We have not experienced any shipping issues in the past -- UBI is the first shipping company we've ever had a problem with. Very disappointed.
Update: after hearing about this issue, Wooden Islands looked into it and discovered that the package had not been properly delivered. They arranged to ship a replacement via fedex. That package arrived quickly and properly. I’m really grateful for their customer service.

We use UBI as our shipping partner because they've generally provided reliable service, but we take issues like this very seriously. I will immediately launch an inquiry with UBI to track down what happened to your package.
