The birds are absolutely gorgeous and my mother loved them! The customer service however, is at a level that you don’t seem to get too much anymore! I accidentally shipped my order to myself, rather than my mom. I was on a time crunch, so upon realizing it, I quickly sent another order to my mother figuring I would just return the first order for a refund. I emailed customer service just on the off chance the first order could be cancelled without having to go through the return. I was shocked to get an extremely speedy response (on a weekend) assuring me that my first order would be cancelled and my mom would receive her gift on time. She actually received it early and was overjoyed with the quality of the craftsmanship. Thank you!!
