I bought one for my mother, who loves birds, and I had to get one for myself too. They are just too adorable to pass up. Plus, mine matches a bluebird painting on my wall perfectly, so he's perched near it on a sign that says "HOPE". The little painted bird is one of those little things in life that make me smile when I walk by it . :)
