Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund for any product returned within 30 days—provided it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in pristine condition.

  • Opened items can only be returned if they are faulty.
  • To start a return, please email sales@woodenislands.shop within 30 days of your purchase and let us know the reason for the return.
  • If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, the return shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • If you received the wrong product, we’ll refund your return shipping and promptly send the correct item.

Please note: Returns and refunds are not possible after 30 days from your purchase date.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us on the same day you receive your package at sales@woodenislands.shop and attach photos of the damage.
We’ll arrange to replace the damaged items or parts at no extra cost to you.

Faulty Goods

All items are quality-checked before shipping. If you receive a faulty item, let us know right away at sales@woodenislands.shop.
We’ll send a replacement and reimburse you for any return shipping.

Complaints

If you have any complaints or disputes, email us at sales@woodenislands.shop. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will advise you on how we’ll resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
