Where We Ship
- We currently ship to many countries worldwide.
- If your country appears at checkout, we can ship there. If it does not appear, we do not currently deliver to that destination.

Order Processing Time
- Processing time: 2–3 business days after order receipt or payment confirmation.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Each order is prepared to ensure product quality before dispatch.

Shipping Methods and Costs
- Available options and prices are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Typical options:
  - Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days, from USD 5.90
  - Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days, from USD 29.00
- Actual rates and delivery times may vary by destination, package weight, and carrier availability.

Estimated Delivery Times
- The timeframes above are estimates provided by carriers and may be affected by customs, weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors.
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect, we can reship it to a corrected address; additional shipping fees may apply.

Split Shipments
- To ensure the fastest delivery, items in the same order may ship in separate packages at no extra cost.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Please keep all packaging and provide photos for damage claims.

Pre‑Order and Made‑to‑Order Items
- Orders containing pre‑order or made‑to‑order items will ship when all items are ready unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Changes and Cancellations
- We can modify or cancel orders only before they are processed for shipping. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
